Blue screen of death on Dell?

STOP: 0X00000ED (0X81F4BE30,0Xc00000009G Disable or remove newly installed hardware. Disable Bios memory options. I cant get pass blue screen, cant get into safemode only get blue screen no command propmt, no discs for computer its a Dell optiplex 170L, bios version A07 says no SATA Primary found 0X81ECC678,0X000009C CAN somebody help please
