There are many things in society that shape the personality and behavior of children. There are positive things such as solid relationships, education and healthy diets. However there are also many negative aspects of society that constantly plague the younger generations. Drugs, unprotected sex and violence are just a few of the many problems that face our children today. Because there are so many problems within society it is vital that children are motivated and engaged in activities that do not create such negative outcomes. Video games may not be absolute life savers for the younger generations but realistically they may prove to efficiently block absolutely destructive behavior.
